Terry Irby, unassuming, mild-mannered madman, was convicted in 2013 of the 2005 burglary, beating and fatal stabbing of 57 year old Hamilton, Washington man James Rock. But this was not Mr. Irby's first foray into violent crime. In 1976 Mr. Irby violently raped a thirteen year old girl he had often seen and said "Hi there" to in his neighborhood.

He is currently serving life and is under investigation for several more rapes in the Washington state area ranging from 1976 to 2004.
