Washington State sexual psychopath and serial killer Jim Ruzicka deemed a "sexual psychopath" after attacking two Seattle women. He was committed to a mental hospital where he soon escaped and then raped and strangled two teenagers in West Seattle. He hung the body of the one victim from a tree and hid the other in a field. Ruzicka was sentenced to two life terms for the murders.
