William "Billy" Montgomery pleaded guilty to killing a Philadelphia prostitute and a Bensalem go-go dancer. and was sentenced to life in prison.

On Sept. 27, 1992 Montgomery killed stripper Toshiko Ciaccio by bashing her skull with a blunt instrument after her dancing shift at the Ball Park Tavern in Bristol. Amy Moore was last seen alive on Aug. 7, 1993 and was later found beaten to death. In each case, Montgomery used silver duct tape to secure the bodies in several layers of material. Bensalem and FBI investigators matched fingerprints and hair found on Moore's body with Montgomery. Bloodstains on the floor of Montgomery's parents' pop-up camper matched Moore's blood type.
