Malvo, convicted, along with John Allen Muhammad, of mass murder in connection with the Beltway sniper attacks, which took place in the Washington Metropolitan Area over a three-week period in October 2002. According to his own confession they had planned to kill six people a day for a month in order "to terrorize the nation". The beltway attacks turned out to be only the last of a series of shootings across the United States which began on the West Coast.

This is a 14x17 piece done in color crayon on white paper, it's signed in full and numbered. Malvo art is extremely rare in the true crime collectibles market and is highly sought after.
