Jeffrey Dahmer was an American serial killer and sex offender, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal who committed the rape, murder and dismemberment of 17 men and boys between 1978 and 1991, with many of his later murders also involving necrophilia and cannibalism. Dahmer was convicted of 15 of these murders on February 15, 1992 and sentenced to 15 terms of life imprisonment. On November 28, 1994, Dahmer was beaten to death by a fellow inmate at the Columbia Correctional Institution, where he had been incarcerated.

243 page confession that Dahmer made to police officers and detectives of the Milwaukee Police Department in the days and weeks following his July 22, 1991 arrest.  Initial arrest police reports are also included. Dahmer explains to various detectives - methods of picking up his victims, graphic details of the murders, drugs that were used and the methods of killing, his reasons for the murders, specific events that led up to the murders and various key points and occurrences throughout his life which acted as catalysts for his crimes - all in stark and graphic detail. Dahmer is also questioned in regards to other murders such as Adam Walsh in Florida and various other murders which were unsolved at the time, This confession is very thorough and complete.

Edward Theodore "Ed" Gein  was an American murderer and body snatcher. His crimes, committed around his hometown of Plainfield, Wisconsin, gathered widespread notoriety after authorities discovered Gein had exhumed corpses from local graveyards and fashioned trophies and keepsakes from their bones and skin. Gein confessed to killing two women – tavern owner Mary Hogan on December 8, 1954, and a Plainfield hardware store owner, Bernice Worden, on November 16, 1957. Initially found unfit for trial, after confinement in a mental health facility he was tried in 1968 for the murder of Worden and sentenced to life imprisonment.

His case influenced the creation of several fictional killers, including Norman Bates of the film and novel Psycho and its sequels, Leatherface of the The Texas Chain Saw Massacre films, Buffalo Bill of the novel The Silence of the Lambs, Ezra Cobb of the film Deranged, Bloody Face from the second season of the TV series American Horror Story, and Eddie Gluskin of the video game Outlast.

John Edward Robinson is a convicted serial killer, con man, embezzler, kidnapper and forger who was found guilty in 2003 of three murders and received the death sentence for two of them. He subsequently admitted responsibility for five additional homicides, and investigators fear that there might be other, undiscovered victims as well. Because he made contact with most of his post-1993 victims via on-line chat rooms, he is sometimes referred to as "the Internet's first serial killer". Many of these chat rooms dealt with the BDSM alternative lifestyle and he often went by the name "Slavemaster".

Complete 9 page confession Robinson made to the State of Missouri regarding the deaths of Paula Godfrey. Catherine Clampitt, Beverly Bonner, Sheila and Debbie Faith. Confession contains graphic content.
