Product Information Signed and notated (by Douglas Clark) copy of THE SUNSET MURDERS by Louise Farr. Clark has notated (typed) the entire inside of the dust cover and signed it in full 'Douglas Daniel Clark 2012 San Quentin Prison" in blue ink pen. Clark starts by detailing Carol Bundy's childhood, stating that Farr did a great job researching Carol Bundy's background, even stating that author Farr explored Bundy's childhood better than the FBI and police working on their case. He goes into detail about the incest and rape Bundy endured on a daily basis by her father. He explains how she fell into a world of murderous fantasies and turned those fantasies into reality by copy-catting the murders of Theodore (Ted) Robert Bundy. He draws comparisons to two books 'The Stranger Beside Me" and "Nine and a Half Weeks" and cites how Bundy used these two books as a blueprint for murder. Bundy's involvement with Jack Murray who Clark claims is the true SUNSET STRIP SLAYER as well as how he himself was set up by Bundy to take the fall for the murders. Clark goes on to discuss how the case was bungled by dirty cops, a faulty judge and Det. Peggy York, who is married to Judge Lance Ito (of OJ trial fame) and who at the time was the highest ranking woman in the LA Police Department. Although Clark writes extensively about Carol Bundy's life and the crimes she committed, he talks about himself sparingly, referring to himself in third person and stating when he had alibi's for the murders he was convicted of. Clark ends the notation by adding "Carol Bundy and Jack Murray, the REAL SUNSET KILLERS, are down in hell with DA Jorgensen, Det. Broda and Judge RInger.
